Please email hello@cartelandwillow.com to request your returns form.  

You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return.
You will then need to enclose your returns form, original invoice and goods. Posting it back to us at,

Full-priced goods must be returned in original condition. Unworn, unmarked and with all original tags attached. Once your return has been processed you will be issued with a refund, online credit or size exchange as nominated.

Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment, after this time all sales are final.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Cartel & Willow will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation.

Items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping from Cartel & Willow. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements. 

The initial shipping fee is non refundable.
